1. DRILL MAIN SPINDLE IS AUTOMATICALLY PRELOADED, (STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY )WHICH RESULT IN LONGER LIFE OF                   BEARING , SMOOTH RUNNING AND ACCURACY.
2. HARDENED AND GROUND SPINDLE AND QUILL MOVING IN HONNED, LAPPED AND BURNISHED BORES.
3. COLUMN AND QUILL IS HARD CHROME PLATED IN ORDER TO AVOID RUST, TEAR/WEAR AND CONFIRM REPEATABILITY WHILE IN                 OPERATION.
4. IN SPITE OF TOTAL SPINDLE TRAVEL THE QUILL REMAINS 2/3 IN SPINDLE BORE WHICH AVOIDS SHAKLING OF DRILL WHILE IN                     OPERATION.
5. PRECISION BEARINGS ARE BEING USED IN DRILLING HANDLE FOR SMOOTH AND SOFT MOVEMENT WHILE DRILLING.
6. DRILLING HANDLE CAN BE ADJUSTED AT 360º AS PER OPERATOR CHOICE.
7. QUILL&COLUMN TRAVEL IS PROVIDED THROUGH SINGLE BORE (NO UNDER CUT IN BORE) WHICH GIVES MORE STRENGTH TO QUILL&       COLUMN, LONGER LIFE,REPEATABILITY&ACCURACY.
8. THE DRILLING BODY MOVES UP AND DOWN ON COLUMN, WHICH RESULT IN REPEAT ACCURACY FOR PERPENDICULARITY.
9. A SHIM IS NOT BEING USED UNDER THE COLUMN FLANGE WHEN PERPENDICULARITY IS DONE.
10. CHANGING OF BELT FOR CHANGE OF SPEED IS DONE IN FRACTION OF SECONDS.
11. ALUMINIUM ALLOYS FLAT PULLEYS ARE USED IN ORDER TO AVOID VIBRATIONS ON SPINDLE.
12. USING FLAT ENDLESS BELT TO AVOID VIBRATION.
13. A HARDENED AND GROUND SHAFT IS MOUNTED ON MOTOR SHAFT FOR MOUNTING OF PULLEYS TO AVOID VIBRATIONS.
14. DYNAMICALLY BALANCED PULLEYS AVOID VIBRATIONS AND ADD BETTER LIFE TO SPINDLE BEARINGS.
15. FLANGE MOUNTED MOTOR IS USED FOR LESS VIBRATIONS,NOT FOOT MOUNTED.
16. THE MOST IMPORTANT: NO SLIT IS PROVIDED IN SPINDLE BORE OF THE DRILL MACHINE BODY AS IT ALWAYS DISTURBS THE                        PERPENDICULARITY WHILE DRILLING AND DRILLING CYCLE.
